Our Communications

At The Claims Partnership, we have never written a letter that contains words like hereinafter or ex post facto. We communicate with clients, our opponents and the Court in plain and simple English. Not only does it mean that everyone can understand us, but we think it makes things quicker and allows us to put forward more persuasive arguments on behalf of our clients.

We are always open to new ideas and all forms of communication. Our clients can communicate with us (and us with them), by phone, text, email,  Facebook or best of all in person.

We set ourselves the highest standards of communication. Not only do we try to write to our clients as clearly and simply as we can, but we also communicate with them in the way that best suits their needs and their lifestyle.

We are also committed to communicating with our clients every month with an update on their case. Our hope is that our client’s will not find themselves wondering where their claim is at – but if they do, we’re there at the end of the phone or an e mail with a quick reply.

We try to cut out as much of the administrative burden as we can from our clients. Most of our documents are sent to our client to e-sign, although we are just as happy to send out a good old-fashioned Stamped Addressed Envelope if our clients prefer.

Above everything else, we’re ordinary, down to earth, friendly people. Our client’s come back to us and recommend us to their own family and friends, which makes us even more motivated to do the best job we can.

Case Study

A Factory Worker Trips Over a Tow Rope on the Shop-Floor

Graeme worked as a Production Operative for a large and well-known manufacturer of construction vehicles and plant. He was employed by them through an agency. His job required him to load small- wheeled containers with pieces of equipment, which would then be towed to other parts of the factory. Whilst doing his job, he needed to walk between the gap between two containers and has he did so, he tripped over a tow cable connecting the two containers.
