The Claims Partnership’s Solicitor Costs

At The Claims Partnership, we place great store in the simplicity and clarity of our relationships with our clients. In no other area of our relationship is this more important than in relation to the area of costs. It is a fundamental part of our Partnership ethos that our costs arrangements with our clients are fair, easy to understand and set in stone. It is important to us that our clients know exactly where they stand from the outset and know that we will stick to our agreements.

For this reason we set down three simple rules of our Partnership, which we apply to every service that we offer to our clients.

These rules are as follows:

  1. We never charge our client anything until the day they receive their compensation payments.
  2. We guarantee that all our clients will receive a minimum percentage of the compensation they are awarded in every case.
  3. We will agree the minimum percentage that our clients receive with our clients, before we start work on their claim.

The Claims services we undertake on behalf of our clients are varied and as a result, the No Win/No Fee Agreements we offer are slightly different from service to service, as is the minimum percentage we offer to our clients. Please click on the link below for the claims service that you wish to look into.

Case Study

A Hospital Porter suffers an injury to his Back and Neck after slipping on a Hospital corridor.

Lenny works at a hospital as a porter. He received a message to tell him to go to the main corridor to collect a wheelchair. The main corridor had a continuous line of glass windows along both sides. When he located the wheelchair, he manoeuvred it into position and used his right foot to unlock the brake. As he did so, he placed his weight on his left foot, which began to slip forcing his left foot under the wheels of the chair. He lost his balance and fell heavily on his lower back.
